Working with your realtor to understand your neighbourhood and target price points, we will arrive at the best alternative action plans to meet your goal of presenting your home in the best light possible. As decorators, my clients look forward to our involvement as most often suggestions do not involve costly furniture rentals or purchases. Your lifestyle is important to us. Recognizing that you must still function in your home during the selling process, our suggestions will allow you to manage your daily routines while presenting your home at its best.
We offer the following packages:
Package #1 $200
A 1 to 2 hour consultation at the clients’ home followed by a room by room written follow-up of suggestions presented to the client and copied to the Realtor. In addition, clients can contact me at any time prior to pictures being taken, should they have any questions. From experience, I am very much aware that selling a home can be stressful to a homeowner. It is my goal to make the staging process as easy and worry-free and will also offer solutions to ease the transition where there are children involved or special situations.
Package #2 $200 plus an hourly rate of $65.00.
Involves a consultation with the client in their home (as in Package #1) followed by hands on help with de-cluttering, furniture re-arrangement, décor ideas or packing. Many realtors I work with use this service where there are elderly involved or there are short time constraints. This service is offered for as little as one hour or as many hours as we agree are required.
