CarolCan, Decor with Cents

 

I offer 2 Staging Service Packages:

 

Package #1     $175.00

A 2 hour consultation at the client’s home followed by a room by room written summary to the client offering suggestions to assist in preparing the home for sale (copied to the Realtor). In addition the client can contact me with any last minute concerns before photos are taken and listing. 

 

Package #2      $175.00 plus an hourly rate of $65.00

Involves a consultation with the client in their home followed with hands on assistance with packing, de-cluttering and furniture rearrangement. I have found that many Realtors find this service most helpful where there are time constraints or they are dealing with elderly clients. This service can be tailored from as little as 1 hour or as many as the budget allows.

Package #1: 

Paint Consultation 

Whether listing your home for sale or looking for professional advice in colour selection, CarolCan can help you choose colours which reflect that “look” you are trying to achieve . Recommendations will be designed to suit your personal taste and décor. Paint samples provided allow you to view your choices in daylight and evening light before making that colour decision. Benjamin Moore is our paint of choice but if you prefer another brand, colour matching will be gladly  accommodated.

 

Package #2:  

Redesign Consultation  

Redesign consists of a maximum 2 hour consultation with a review of your existing furniture, artwork and accessories. This is followed by tailored suggestions by CarolCan for transforming your space and give you a vision that reflects your personality and lifestyle -- a look that will truly make you fall in love with your home all over again.

 

 

 

 

Package #3:

Clean Sweep Consultation

Whether looking to add a few new pieces to your home, embarking on a completely new look or simply searching for new and fresh ideas, CarolCan will guide you through the process. We will provide options for your consideration and final approval.  Our colour consultation service can also be combined.
